Delicious tuna ceviche made with fresh mangoes, avocados and our tropical Habanero Sauce with Mango “La Meridana”, ideal to enjoy in meetings and impress your friends.

INGREDIENTS
- 200 g of tuna steak
- ¼ red onion
- 1 bunch of coriander
- 1 mango
- 1 hass avocado
- ¼ cup coconut cream
- 2 lemons
- 4 tablespoons of HABANERO SAUCE WITH MANGO “LA MERIDANA”
- salt and pepper to taste
PROCESS
- Wash all the INGREDIENTS mentioned above and disinfect the coriander.
- Cut the tuna into small cubes.
- Put the tuna, coconut cream, lemon, salt and pepper in a bowl first, and marinate for a few minutes.
- Add the rest of the INGREDIENTS, chopped into small cubes.
- Add the finely chopped cilantro.
- Finally add the HABANERO SAUCE WITH MANGO “LA MERIDANA”, depending on the heat you want to get from your tuna
- Check the seasoning again.
* Serve in crystal glasses and eat it with crispy tortilla chips.
